By accessing or using ChargeLocations ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use ChargeLocations.

ChargeLocations is an EV charging station finder that helps electric vehicle owners locate nearby charging stations. The Service provides:

• An interactive map showing EV charging station locations

• Filtering by charging speed and connector type

• The ability to save favorite charging stations

• Viewing history of previously visited station pages

• Business claim functionality for station operators

Charging station data is sourced from the Open Charge Map (OCM) database and is provided "as-is." We do not operate, own, or maintain any charging stations.

To access certain features (favorites, history, business claims), you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Charging station data displayed on ChargeLocations is aggregated from the Open Charge Map community database. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time availability of any charging station information.

**Always verify station availability before traveling.** Stations may be offline, removed, or have changed specifications since data was last updated. ChargeLocations is not liable for any inconvenience or damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate station data.

Operators may submit claims to manage their charging station listings. By submitting a claim, you represent that:

• You are an authorized representative of the business or station operator

• All information provided is accurate and truthful

• You will maintain current and accurate listing information

False or misleading claims may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You agree not to use ChargeLocations to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without written permission

• Submit false or misleading business claims

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

The ChargeLocations name, logo, design, and all original content are the property of ChargeLocations and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Charging station data provided through the Open Charge Map API is subject to OCM's own licensing terms (Creative Commons Attribution).

The Service requests access to your device's location to provide core map functionality. By granting location access, you consent to the transmission of your coordinates to our servers and to the Open Charge Map API to retrieve nearby charging stations.

You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device or browser settings, though this will limit the Service's functionality.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that charging station data will be accurate or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHARGELOCATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Inability to locate a working charging station

• Inaccurate charging station information

• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account

• Any reliance on information obtained through the Service

ChargeLocations integrates with third-party services including Open Charge Map, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, and Google Analytics. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
